- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 pounds zucchini diced (900 grams)
- ¾ cup heavy cream 200 ml
- 1½ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
Finely chop the garlic or grate it.
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and dice it into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute.
Add the diced zucchini to the skillet, season with salt, and stir well. Let the zucchini cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the heavy cream, add the turmeric and black pepper, and stir everything together. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve hot alongside your favorite main dish, or over pasta or rice. Enjoy!
