Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ⅔ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all the ingredients. Heat up the butter in a pan over low heat before adding minced garlic cloves and sautéing until fragrant.
  • Add the olive oil to the pan, followed by the grated parmesan cheese, and cook for another few minutes until everything is melted together.
  • Stir in the flour until everything is combined.
  • For extra spice, add in the red pepper flakes.
  • Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes before serving the sauce with your favorite pizza toppings or pasta dishes!
