Equipment

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 9 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • A pinch of salt

Topping

  • 7 ounces tomato passata + 1 teaspoon oregano and a dash of pepper
  • 5 ounces Gouda cheese grated
  • 8 ounces ground beef + salt, pepper, a little oil for frying
  • 2 pieces pickles sliced
  • A handful of chopped iceberg lettuce

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1 pickle finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Blend the base ingredients together and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  • Fry the ground beef for a few minutes in a little oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Spread tomato sauce mixture on the baked base. Top with grated Gouda cheese, cooked ground beef, and sliced pickles.
  • Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes at 400°F.
  • Top the cooked pizza with thinly sliced lettuce and drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce.

Notes

For the Big Mac sauce, ensure that the pickles and onions are very finely chopped. A food processor works best for this.
