- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
For the Toppings:
- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 3.5 ounces grated cheese Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella
- 2 ounces pepperoni
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
