Equipment

  • 1 grill pan
  • 1 Sharp Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 zester

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen tiger shrimp peeled and deveined (500 g)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 1/2 tbsp butter 80 g
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp: Wash the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Grill the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. Skewer the shrimp beforehand if desired for easier flipping.
  • Make the Butter Sauce: While the shrimp cook, zest the lemon, and finely chop garlic and parsley. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat before the butter starts to separate.
  • Combine and Serve: Pour the butter sauce over the cooked shrimp and toss to coat. Serve warm with the tails removed. Enjoy!
