1 grill pan
1 Sharp Knife
1 Cutting Board
1 zester
- 1 lb frozen tiger shrimp peeled and deveined (500 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 5 1/2 tbsp butter 80 g
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Prepare the Shrimp: Wash the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Grill the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. Skewer the shrimp beforehand if desired for easier flipping.
Make the Butter Sauce: While the shrimp cook, zest the lemon, and finely chop garlic and parsley. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat before the butter starts to separate.
Combine and Serve: Pour the butter sauce over the cooked shrimp and toss to coat. Serve warm with the tails removed. Enjoy!
