- 1 lb Nature's Rancher Uncured Ham
- 2 Carrots
- 12 spears Asparagus
- 5 Mushrooms
- 3 Bell Peppers
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Olive Oil
Preheat your grill to 350 °F (175 °C).
Prepare the veggies - halve the carrots and the mushrooms, and quarter the bell peppers. Season the veggies and sprinkle them with olive oil.
Take your ham out of the packing and toss it onto the grill along with the veggies.
Make sure to keep your eye on the whole lot since it takes different times for each ingredient to be done.
When it comes to the ham, it will take about 20-something minutes for it to get heated through. If you're not sure, take a meat thermometer — the temperature should be 135 °F in its thickest part.
Once everything is done, serve it all together with some homemade bread and enjoy!
