Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish about 1.8 oz or 50 grams
  • ½ cup sour cream about 4.2 oz or 120 grams
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients

  • In a small bowl, add the grated horseradish, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, chopped chives, and lemon juice.
  • Mix everything together until well combined and smooth.
