- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3.5 oz oats
- 2.5 oz chocolate chips
Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then mix in the honey, egg, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in the oats and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the wet ingredients slightly. Add the chocolate chips last.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 12-14 "cookies".
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12 to 14 minutes until the cookies are nicely golden and set.
