  • 1 Potato masher
  • 1 baking sheet with the rack
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3.5 oz oats
  • 2.5 oz chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then mix in the honey, egg, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir in the oats and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the wet ingredients slightly. Add the chocolate chips last.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 12-14 "cookies".
  • Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12 to 14 minutes until the cookies are nicely golden and set.
