- 5.3 oz chickpeas 150 g
- 4.2 oz dates 120 g
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
For coating
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes to soften them.
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, dates, cocoa powder, peanut butter, salt, and agave syrup until smooth.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Roll the mixture into 16–18 balls.
Chop the peanuts into small pieces using the food processor, then roll the truffles in the crushed peanuts to coat.
