  • 1 set of measuring spoons and cups
  • 1 Spatula
  • Sharp Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk
  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder optional
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ apple thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in the oats, honey, and cinnamon. If using, mix in the protein powder.
  • Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and let it cool slightly.
  • While the oatmeal cools, slice the apple into thin slices.
  • Arrange the apple slices on top of the oatmeal and drizzle with a little extra honey.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
