- 2 cups milk
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder optional
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ apple thinly sliced
Heat the milk until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat.
Stir in the oats, honey, and cinnamon. If using, mix in the protein powder.
Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and let it cool slightly.
While the oatmeal cools, slice the apple into thin slices.
Arrange the apple slices on top of the oatmeal and drizzle with a little extra honey.
Serve warm and enjoy!
