- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 2 bananas choose ripe ones for a sweeter flavor
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder or your preferred flavor
Combine eggs, oats, bananas, and protein powder in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook for about 1-1.5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
