Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2.5 oz pickles (about 4 pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix (oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 90 g
  • 5 oz sour cream 150 g

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken: Dice the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook Aromatics: Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  • Cook Chicken: Add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, ensuring each piece is thoroughly cooked.
  • Blend Ingredients: Allow the chicken to cool slightly. Add pickles, mayonnaise, cream, and the herb mix. Blend everything together with an immersion blender or in a food processor until smooth.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the pâté until completely cooled. Serve chilled. Keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
