1 Salad bowl
- 2 bunches radishes
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 2.5 ounces feta cheese
- 2½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Clean and slice the radishes thinly.
Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly or cut into thicker rounds, then quarter.
Slice the spring onions thinly, and finely chop the dill.
Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl, add small cubes of feta cheese, then the dressing ingredients. Mix well.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then serve with your main dish of choice. Enjoy!
