  • 1 hand blender

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cauliflower about 7 ounces
  • 1 broccoli about 13.5 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Small piece of celeriac
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 7 ounces heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onion. The onion doesn't need to be finely chopped as you will blend it later. Lightly salt it to start the softening process.
  • Add chopped carrots and celery. If needed, add a little water and sauté for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the chopped broccoli and cauliflower to the pot.
  • Pour in boiling water, add salt and a bit of pepper, and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Turn off the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  • Use an immersion blender to blend everything until creamy. Serve warm and enjoy a cozy, delicious meal!
