Combine flour, melted butter, baking powder, sugar, salt and milk. It will look a bit shaggy.
Use your hands to bring the dough together and knead a few times on a lightly floured surface.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 6 x 9 inch rectangle.
Mix together 1 tbsp softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread mixture over top of the dough into a thin layer and cut the dough into three even strips, the long way.
Roll up the middle strip of dough first.
Place cinnamon roll into a greased 4 oz. ramekin or a microwave safe ceramic mug.
Mix up your glaze before cooking the cinnamon roll as you want to add this right away and enjoy.
Cook in the microwave on high for 90 seconds. If it still seems a bit doughy cook in 10 second increments.
Drizzle glaze over it right out of the microwave.
