Chicken and Cherry Tomato Pasta

My air fryer has sped up my meal prep so that now I can make lunch in literally 15 minutes! Of course, you can also prepare this pasta with zucchini and chicken without an air fryer. Just prepare everything in a skillet or in the oven and that's it!

Meat
- 300 g chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Vegetables
- ½ medium zucchini
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅔ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Other ingredients
- 250 g fresh tagliatelle
- 1 teaspoon salt for the water
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with the mentioned ingredients.
Slice the zucchini into thin slices, and simply rinse the cherry tomatoes. Season them and mix well.
Distribute the chicken on the air fryer's grill, while pouring the vegetables into another tray. If you have only one, feel free to mix the ingredients in one, but be sure to stir everything halfway through cooking and extend the cooking time if necessary.
At the end, mix everything with the tagliatelle that you have cooked in salted water and chopped basil. Enjoy your meal!
