Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3.5 oz baby spinach
  • 9 oz pasta
  • Salt for pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Season cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Place the block of feta in the center, drizzle a bit more olive oil on top.
  • Bake in an air fryer for 20 minutes or in an oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
  • Halfway through baking, give the cherry tomatoes a gentle stir.
  • Towards the end, add chopped garlic and return to bake for another 7-10 minutes.
  • After baking, mix in the baby spinach until it wilts.
  • Combine with the cooked pasta that was boiled in salted water.
