Cake from Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
With just a few tricks, you can turn your brownie mix into a cake.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup almonds sliced
Instructions
- Add the brownie mixture into a large bowl.
- Add eggs, oil, water, flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix everything together until you get the perfect blend and texture to work with.
- Put the mixture into round cake mold.
- Bake at 350 °F in preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick or the knife in the center of your cake and see whether it will come out clean.
- After cake is baked add layer of cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and put sliced almonds on top of it.
