- 3 cabbage steaks cut 1 inch wide
- For Beef Patties:
- 1.2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup Gouda cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- A few pinches of cayenne pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the cabbage by slicing it into 1-inch wide steaks and lay them on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, cubed Gouda cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into three patties.
Place each patty on top of a cabbage steak.
Spread sour cream over the patties and sprinkle everything with cayenne pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the meat is thoroughly cooked and the cabbage is tender.
