Ingredients
  

  • 3 cabbage steaks cut 1 inch wide
  • For Beef Patties:
  • 1.2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Gouda cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • A few pinches of cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the cabbage by slicing it into 1-inch wide steaks and lay them on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, cubed Gouda cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into three patties.
  • Place each patty on top of a cabbage steak.
  • Spread sour cream over the patties and sprinkle everything with cayenne pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the meat is thoroughly cooked and the cabbage is tender.
