Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2.8 oz ketchup
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese

Instructions
 

  • Slice each chicken breast halfway through to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Season the chicken generously with the Cajun seasoning.
  • Stuff the chicken breasts with ketchup, pepperoni, and cheese. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
  • In the air fryer, cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes. If using an oven, preheat to 430°F (220°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, since the oven does not circulate air like the air fryer does.

Notes

You can make your own Cajun seasoning by mixing smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and cayenne pepper.
