- 1 cup shredded cheese about 4.5 oz
- 1 medium onion
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice onion into thin rings.
Place small piles of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, cover with onion slices, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
