  • 1 Cheese grater
  • 1 Mandoline Slicer
  • 1 Sharp Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheese about 4.5 oz
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice onion into thin rings.
  • Place small piles of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, cover with onion slices, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
